We call this the Golden Hour, and we have reserved this magical window exclusively for those looking to host their most meaningful celebrations in total privacy. Whether you are exchanging vows in an intimate Boutique Wedding, hosting a sophisticated Luxury Picnic, or bringing a bespoke vision to life with a Private Field Rental, our farm transforms into your own personal sanctuary. From 5:30 PM to 9:30 PM, the gates are closed to the public, the birdsong takes centre stage, and the fields are yours to create memories that will last a lifetime

Additional Guests: You may welcome up to 6 more loved ones (16 total) for $50 per person to cover additional catering and beverage service.

Option 2: The Lavender Luxury Picnic Experience
$80 + HST per person | 3-Hour Reservation | For Groups up to 50
The ultimate destination for sophisticated Birthdays, Bridal Showers, or Baby Showers.
In collaboration with our preferred styling partners, Lavender Valley Farm hosts this premium outdoor lounge experience nestled directly within the lavender rows.

The Seating: Professionally styled tables curated to your chosen theme. We offer the choice of low-lying "boho" tables with floor cushions or standard-height tables with chairs. Standard seating is always available to ensure comfort for seniors or guests with mobility requirements.

Boutique Decor: Gold-toned cutlery, goblets, custom guest nameplates, and a personalized entry sign.

Refreshments: A styled bar with a white-fringe umbrella and a dedicated attendant serving Lavender Iced Tea, citrus water, and Prosecco.

The Menu: Shareable deluxe charcuterie, Lavender Shortbread, and Lavender Lemon Scones.

Service: Full setup and tear-down with an on-site coordinator to ensure a seamless event.
Option 3: The Golden Hour Field Rental (DIY)
$1,250 + HST | 4-Hour Minimum
For the visionary who wants a private, purple-hued canvas for their own event.

The Space: Total, exclusive use of the farm during the most sought-after lighting of the day.

Included Amenities: Seating for up to 50 people, use of our bar structure, and access to our tables and linens.

Your Vision: You are welcome to hire your own outside vendors and bring your own decor to create a truly custom evening.
